Daniel Rodriguez
Founder & Director of Strategic Accounts
Daniel founded Lusso Risk Solutions to handle the full eviction process for law firms, REITs, and property managers—from the first notice through final possession. He personally manages larger client accounts and oversees the team that handles filings, service of process, and set-outs. He has more than seven years of experience in collections, fraud analytics, and field operations, and holds a B.S. in Forensic Psychology from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
Antonio Kelly
Co-Founder & Director of Field Operations
Antonio has spent more than twenty years running field operations, including through his own company, where he staffs and supervises hundreds of workers across large-scale events. That work is a daily exercise in logistics: judging labor needs weeks ahead, hiring and vetting crews, and rebalancing people between sites as conditions change. He brings the same discipline to property and asset preservation, where a job only counts when it is finished cleanly and documented. At Lusso, Antonio runs the set-out crews day to day — scheduling and coordinating each job, hiring and developing field staff, and managing labor so no property is left waiting on a crew.
Hannah Whitney
Director of Accounting & Finance
Hannah leads accounting and finance at Lusso Risk, covering rate structures, client billing and the cost tracking behind every filing, service and set-out. Her background is in finance, where the work is making a book of business legible: finding where money leaks, tying spend to outcomes, and building reporting an owner can act on. She brings that discipline to eviction servicing, where a case only has a real cost once every step is tracked against it. For the law firms, REITs and property managers we serve, that means predictable invoices and a clear record of what a portfolio actually costs to run.
Scott Locke
Director of Process & Compliance
Scott sets and maintains the operating standards behind case administration, service of process and set-outs. He is a U.S. military veteran who served in intelligence with a tour in Iraq and a tour in Korea, and earned the Iraq Defense Service Medal and the Korean Defense Service Medal. He holds associate degrees in computer network systems and software engineering. That background shapes how Lusso runs: cases are documented, tracked, and verified before anything reaches the property.
Jeremiah Patton
Head of Business Development and Growth
Jeremiah leads business development and growth at Lusso Risk and is the first point of contact for smaller portfolios. He works with the owners who feel a vacancy most directly — independent landlords, small partnerships and single-property holders — and turns a dispossessory process that looks complicated on paper into a set of steps, costs and dates they can plan around. He handles onboarding for those accounts: gathering property and lease details, opening the case record, and staying with the client through the first filing and the first set-out so the next one moves faster. For Jeremiah, growth is not volume. It is a portfolio that trusts the handoff and stops calling to ask what happens next.
